Hiroko Lala is an 12 year old orphan (11 in the dub) who takes care of her younger brother. She graduated high school at the age of 11 (a month ago in the dub)

Lala wears a white thigh-long jacket with a green shirt. She also wears a gold thigh shorts with orange swirls on it. She has pink hair that she put into circles and his held by a white bow on top. On her face is a band-aid on her nose that she wears throughout the series.
